House rules
Applicable to both apartments at Ferienhaus ReesL. Making a booking counts as accepting them.

Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 pm, check-out is by 10:00 am at the latest. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
Bookings by local residents
As a rule we do not accept reservations from guests who live in the same town. If you are nevertheless planning a stay in your own place of residence, please contact us beforehand.
Consideration & quiet
Smoking is permitted on the balcony only, with the door closed. Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted, including on balconies and in shared areas such as hallways. Breaching the smoking ban incurs a charge of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and any repairs required.
Photography & activities
Commercial photography or filming without written permission, and any illegal activity, are strictly prohibited.
Number of guests
More guests than stated in the reservation are not permitted. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorised guest.
Animals
Animals are not permitted. Breaching our animal policy may result in a separate cleaning charge. Guests with assistance animals are asked to contact us before their stay.
Keys & equipment
Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards or remote controls.
Noise control & security
Noise level monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to detect excessive noise. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
Damage
Please treat the accommodation and its furnishings with care. Guests are fully responsible and liable for damage to or loss of the premises and furnishings. Guests must report any damage to us.
Compliance
Making a reservation implies agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply are liable for all resulting damage, charges, costs or expenses. Non-compliance may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation and vacation of the apartment without refund.
